Connect Xero
Sign up with your Xero login. Deliverta reads your quotes, draft and approved invoices, and contacts. It never creates or changes an accounting entry.
Create and print
Pick a quote or invoice, adjust quantities for a short shipment, choose your template, and print. Select one, five, or fifty at once and they come out as one PDF in docket order.
Sign and attach
The driver scans the QR code on the note. The receiver signs on the phone. The signed PDF attaches to the Xero invoice and a copy is emailed to the customer.

The printed note carries a QR code. The driver opens it, the receiver signs with a finger, and the driver can add a photo of the goods on the dock.

Does it change anything in my Xero accounts?
No. Deliverta reads quotes, invoices and contacts, and the only thing it ever writes is a PDF attachment on an invoice. It cannot create, edit or approve an invoice.
Can I print a slip before the invoice is approved?
Yes. Create a delivery note or packing slip from a quote or a draft invoice. When you edit quantities on the note, the invoice is untouched.
Does it work with my label printer?
The 4×6 inch label format prints through your browser's normal print dialog, so any printer your computer can already print to will work.
What does the driver need?
A phone with a browser. There is no app and no login. The link is on the printed note as a QR code, or you can send it by SMS or email. If the upload fails on a bad connection, the signature stays on the screen and the driver taps Retry.
Where is my data stored?
On Railway's servers in Singapore, with files in Railway's private storage. Deliverta complies with the Australian Privacy Act and the New Zealand Privacy Act. Signatures and photos are kept only as long as you choose.
Is Deliverta a Xero product?
No. Deliverta is an independent app that connects to Xero through Xero's official API. Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited.
